We had a great location during our stay at Holiday Inn Express Frankfurt Airport. It was incredibly convenient being close to the airport and major roads, making our travels so much easier. The breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, and our room was comfortable and perfect for our week-long stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Copy of a mail to the hotel directly after 2 pleasant overnight stays in the past years - each at Whitsun - we had this time an overnight stay which does not deserve "10 points". 1. when entering the room it smelled of cigarettes, we first suspected a cleaning agent, but later we saw numerous cigarette butts on the roof in front of the room. 2. it takes special skills to find out the number for the reception on the phone. Who would have thought up only this small font - in a hotel with international guests!! Apart from that the telephone is not very hygienic. 3. the TV remote control missing in the room was brought to us - probably due to lack of staff - only after one hour (for this we asked for apology). 4. also in the bathroom a more thorough cleaning of the washbasin overflow would be recommended. The dirt is also well visible in the mirror. Pictures were sent directly to the hotel

Staff from service to floor very friendly and endeavoured. Breakfast service seemed a little, well, dissatisfied. Rooms functionally furnished, mostly clean, well kept. For the really cheap price absolutely ok but air up. Very good connection in any direction. Short trips to Frankfur, Rüsselsheim, Mainz and Co. Shuttle bus for a small fee to the airport.

Cleanliness is ok, bathroom unfortunately in the shower area with mould on the ceiling. Duvet from the spacious bed under cover with heavy stains. Air conditioner defective, only a flipchart at the reception. Unfortunately no repair in 4 days. No good conditions in the current weather, because it was hardly possible to open a window because of the noise of the main roads. Breakfast rather clear but sufficient. Quality, even with regard to the low price rather underground.
